St. Mary’s Seminary realized that we needed advocates for our Seminary and seminarians to spread the word of the great work happening at St. Mary’s. We began the Friends of the Seminary group with the motto “Building the Future of Our Church.” The Friends group was instrumental in planning and implementing the first St. Joseph’s Day Festival. This group of friends then began planning the event to celebrate the closing of the 60^th anniversary of the Chapel and the future of the Seminary. Without the Friends of the Seminary, these events would have been difficult to implement.
